Who we are
Expoli UK is an independent digital studio based in the Wirral, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@expoli.uk.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website or by email, we may collect your name, email address and the project information you choose to provide. We do not ask for special-category or payment information through the website enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and, where you choose to work with us, deliver the requested services. We process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and for our legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.
Who receives it
Your information may be handled by the trusted website, form-delivery and email providers needed to receive and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond, prepare or deliver services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. Browser session storage remembers that the opening animation has already been shown. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may also set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie for around 30 minutes to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse. These essential technologies are not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to how it is used. Contact hello@expoli.uk and we will respond as required by UK data-protection law. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
